A MOSMAN HOME WITH ECLECTIC PARISIAN FLAIR

EDITORIAL STYLINGClaire Delmar

Creating a story for each room of the newly renovated home we selected furniture, art, lighting and décor with sophisticated design appeal. Bold colour, shapes and gloss finishes create an overall story of quirky, yet elegant, French flair in the contemporary Mosman home.
Textures of chunky quilting, knotted fabrics and oversized décor compliment the eclectic range of furniture selected for its structured and organic forms. The overall story working harmoniously with the elegantly detailed and light filled interior.

The story features in Belle November 19 – out now

Distinct modern furniture with curved features was selected in natural leathers, timbers and matt metals and merged with pastel blues and rich greens. Handmade and organic shaped vessels and décor represent the surroundings and create a casual contemporary elegance throughout.

A DARLING POINT HOME IN ART EDIT

MAGAZINE ARTICLEClaire Delmar

Within the serene architecture of the newly renovated home, in Sydney’s Darling Point, STUDIO CD curated furniture, art and décor to fit seamlessly into the family home.

Introducing curved and organic shaped furniture with contemporary appeal the art was introduced through painting, sculptures and ceramics to compliment the rooms. ART AND INTERIORS IN ART EDIT MAGAZINE

MAGAZINE ARTICLEClaire Delmar

Art has always been a passion of mine and the right piece can change or complete a space. The use of art in a room expresses feeling, stirs emotions and adds texture and shape.  In particular I love strong portraiture, still life and ceramic sculptures which have become my signature when styling.

The Mosman Residence represents modern Palm Springs and contemporary Sydney through its design which allowed for modern yet organic shaped ceramics, touches of brass, oak timber and colour to reflect the bold designs.
